well orangatangs dont last long at all but when u say ur a beginner i take it your not doing like fast slides or anything like that yet? coz if thats right theyll last you heaps.

its hard to say how long a wheel will 'last'... a lot of people say that o-tangs dont 'last long' at all and i can also agree they do wear down quick but theres only one person on this entire website who has even come close to riding a set to the core... and i know how hard that dude skates and how much he likes sliding (good old radelaidians)
So when people ask 'how long do they last'? they all last the same amount of time... as long as there is thane on the core, its still good...
The only place you need to worry about how long your wheels 'last' is in a race where the amount of edge your wheel has might make the difference between taking a fast line through a corner or drifting out...

As soon as you slide ANY wheel, its fucked...

I mean in terms of how fast the wheels cone. otangs cone really quickly . big zigs cone too but just half as quickly.

but its ok if a wheel is coned, coz your only trashing it anyone.. coned wheels are way more fun for free-ride sideways action anyway

Might be a stupid question...but can you un-cone/ovalise/flatspot wheels? Mine are getting pretty bumpy...
