Wheelbite will depend on what trucks you are planning to run.

Still waiting for the Oz distributor to get a shipment of Paris 195's

Biltins (50 sets) are on their way, should have stock early next week

Not at the moment as the distro for them only sells that group and they only seem to be getting in the massive boards 8.25 and over.
