ASRA - Australian Skateboard Racing Association

i woke up today and went out to my back yard and looked upon my forest of which is supposed to be my lawn, and i thought to myself.........this back yard would look much better as a skate park, and there would be a hell of allot less mowing of the lawn ;)

i got a half acre to put a skate park on, now who know how to build one? and would any one like to donate supplies? lol i wanna make a kick ass urban park utilizing my entire yard, with a fun box, stair case, and a mini mega ramp for big air hehe.

who's in?

PEACE!

and a snake run
plus a smooth-as ditch
Dude Total Home Maintenance can help you turn your your backyard into your wildest fantasies.......
At my old place we had a Dan Murpheys (bottle shop) built across the road from us. We taxed about 30 of the wall panels for the walk in fridges before they went up. Aluminium with hard packed foam inside. Amazing for home skateparks. They are white to so your can graph em up easily.

Keep your eyes out for new bottle shops, butchers or fast food places still under construction.
Not that I would condone stealing.... maybe just from large multi million dollar companies. Maccas and Woolies.
nice dani...because plywood isn't good enough anymore....haha

HALF PIPE! and (optionally) a foam pit.
Blackwood buit a mini in his backyard. Mind you it wasn't a total mini. I think it was 9m beteen coping by 5m wide.

Oh Yeah!
so does any one know how to build any of it? lol
One of the best guys to design and build something like this Daz is Johny McGrath, in Melbourne. I haven't spoken to John for about 8 years, so not sure what he's upto, but if someone who visits the ASRA site had contact details, it would definately be worth talking to him. He used to build transportable parks for events, and these were kickarse little parks. Hope it helps.
