i havent tried them on dropthrough boards but i know that those sort of trucks are always better off on a topmount board, because you get better leverage over the trucks, and also coz they have a low profile... The evo is a topmount board just lowered with wedges so that might give you some idea of what i mean. If he wants to get some CNC trucks for a drop-thru board i'd suggest either Jim-Z's or Kahalanis... but seeing as those two cost an arm and a leg i'd then have to suggest Kookies with venom bushings.
every truck will work in every board, just some trucks work better with other board, but the main thing is with CNC trucks, you will never really be able to tell the difference between them all untill you start breakin 70-80k's and throwing yourself into gnarly corners side-by-side with riders and cars....
dude i completley forgot that we're having an outlaw race in the city in a few weeks, a full on urban assult. should be rad. dates still undecided so im going to have to postpone that trip to adelaide for a little while
dude im thinkin of flying into adelaide on friday the 7th and get in at about 6 in the evening and then flying home on the sunday at about 5.30pm... is your crew keen to skate that weekend? i havent booked anything yet though im just getting an idea...
ok well im goin to sth africa for Fair cape and Hot Heels so i'll b there from nov 25th till dec 10th so we'll work around that maybe... i might head up before then
dude im planing on a trip to adelaide after the next conehead cup (fingers crossed) to come skate EOTH and do a full film session... you keen? gee-up the crew... let me know of dates its not confirmed yet but im just throwing it out there
I run a production facility and we use the red for all kinds of shit ads, docos,im doing two short films next month, but im gagging to get one out for a skate sesh
they are awsome cameras but not for the beginers they are basicly 35 mm film cameras except there aint no film in them, still need all the crew you would on a normal film shoot.
sweet as, well, im still keen for a skate! i know one fun spot we can hit, a hill climb racing track, couple of k long from memory. not super fast or anything, but has some nice corners and stuff. im hoping to get up there in the next couple of weeks to scope out some new runs!
i havent noticed alot of difference from my zigs, but they sure are fast and sticky, and light too which is nice. id buy em again :D
Awww thats sweet of you to say haha. Sucks about Bow's ankle, that should have healed up by now!?! Article is almost finished couple of paragraphs to go and she should be done, I'll get it to you as soon as possible (within the next few day)
yeh man they can use it. also add that i found the bag very handy for traveling overseas as it is very portable due to the amount of straps and ways to carry the thing. so much room for everything and very durable, ive sent it through hell and back and havn't had one problem nor one broken stitch!
Thanks for the advice man.
One last thing.
In your photos, (Car park Sesh) Which car park is that? I recognise it but cant think which one it is.
Thanks.
