Yep Cooper, you got it right re Kincumber. Right behind the school. Usually needs a bit of cleaning before it can be skated. Gets wet easily, even if it's not raining.
nah man, i have a glyde and LOVE it, the pure sense of speed; though for my carving, free ride or sliding/ commuting i use my LOADED DERVISH, very good board
hey mate sorry about the late reply i was o/s and just read my page comments...but yeah to answer your question the speedvents are a rad wheel..i havent ridden them too much cause im a retro kid but i know a few guys who swear by em and ive had few sts and had no porblems at all....as for racing me bro i hope you signed up for newtons..you may just get your wish...cheers bro
yeah bro euro is fun. spent the past few days traveling through the french alps skating some wicked hills... everything there is at least 20k's long and windy as fuck... so much fun and some incredible scenery. the track at Padova is pretty cool but the hairpin corners are so slow and theres like 4 or 5 of them so your pretty much crawling through them. Today was really hot so the road was a bit slippery and i crashed in my 2nd qualify run, shoulda put softer wheels on. s'all good got top 10 qualify, should be fun racing tomorrow
If it's just one day it might not be worth the while to get you trained up etc. But there's no hurry at the moment - if you can commit to at least 2 of the 3 days just fill in the volunteer form and we'll take it from there...
They're not cheap!, A Buttboard $120 for an SBB then add trucks & wheels, a luge brandnew can cost anywhere from 600 upto 1500. but second hand you can get some wicked deals! Your best off trying it first!
hey bro thanks yeah it's the 36 noodles board sho have them in a few week but i do have some with no graphics if you want to pick one up straight away i can get you one for $110 let me know.
The pole is a walking pole or ski pole with half a badminton racket head. A block at the end of the pole attached to a small piece of ply that fits snug in the backpack.
yeh gday mate, not tryin to play god or thro u off the pump station trail, just gotta respect the fact that i was shown it after many already knew about it and am in no position to shoot my mouth off about it and possibly blow it for everyone,it is the host location for a couple of asra events, and its hard to replace a location like that once lost, all it takes is a major incident there were ambo's n cops respond to and it will bring bad press,etc,etc...like i said leave a post on mountainmicks page or the pump station thread n someone will be all to happy to organise a day n share it with you..good rollin
