The first day of the 3-day Sydney Old School (SOS) Jam kicked off with slalom at Allawah. Twenty-seven riders entered and the folks from Melbourne and Canberra really stepped up, but it was Paul Carey from NACCOSS who stole the show.

Enormous credit and thanks go to Johnny Fox, Greg Ambler, and all the other people involved with SOS. Special thanks to Haggy Strom for manning the timing system for virtually the whole afternoon.
