buy your gear from your local shop, if your in QLD creative skate is your local shop, NSW its hop and VIC its hemleys, they are all pretty close to eachother in price, just go for your local

either hopkin or cre8ive are both great. try to buy from them they support the Australian scene. neither seems to be any better than the other from what i have heard. my brother got his complete from cre8ive and it turned out fine.

nemisis happens to be one of my favorite decks but it is quite heavy and has absolutely no flex meaning it isnt that nice for commuting, but if you dont think you will be doing any/much commuting on it then yeah go for it.

seeing as you want to get into DH on it you want something stiff, which this is. Its drop-thru so you get a nice ride-height and it would just be a good all-round board.

set it up with some bears, that way you can have it nice and carvy, then flip the hangar and have it nice and stable.
