hi mate, I have just received a set of soft oops wheels that I ordered much later than the 2 hard sets I ordered originally, I have been sending some polite emails to sarah vincent who initially contacted me but haven't received any news back, I was wondering if you have any contacts that might at least be able to let me know if my order has been processed?
