So I've read you can get the BB2 with Spherical bearing or without. Is it the same truck with the bearing simply removed out of the hanger and the bearing in the base plate replaced with a bushing? or is a totally different setup?

it is adjustable between 30-60 degrees. look it up on the link he gave you a few replies above for more info

Does the BB3 baseplate only have 30* or 60* as an option? No middle ground?
