How Steve, would it be possible for you to do a foam core warped in carbon fibre for the Royale?
If so how much would this cost?

Its very possible to do a carbon foamcore version of the royale Andrew
Its just not really worth it though anymore. The royale above, built with our secret blend of materials has twin carbon fibre stringers. Its as stiff and responsive as a carbon foamcore and weighs practically the same yet costs around $200 less than a carbon foamcore version. It is the future in high performance Skateboards
