It is flushed for Randal DH plates but i threw on some paris trucks to liven it up. They don't sit flush now but instead the flates jsut sit on top like a normal drop thru. The drop thru hole fits Randal DH, Force, Paris, most precisions and maybe bears. Only Randal DH and Force out of those will sit flush without modification.
