Cheers pete.
That deck looks the goods bruv. I'm wanting one bad but need to hold back. It's not a need though. Got more than enough decks to keep on rolling.

so far so good with the new ride leadfoot, it will take a bit more play time to get used to a lower board again, been riding topmount for the last six months but it felt solid down cootha on sunday morning and thats the sorta hill that will let you know if something works or not, we were down to scraps with wood when we started this project i will use longer veneer's when they arrive in mid march, you can see in the photo that some leaves ran just short of the already shortened length, we pressed three including this one, all different layups using maple, bamboo, glass and carbon, will see what works best over the next month or so and decide on a final layup around then, will try to eliminate the use of carbon as its costly and really only adds to the bling factor would rather spend on quality resins, glass and wood. would really only look at carbon for more composite based experiments.

never ridden an evo, used to ride a dh race and i think they had the same angles at the rear, i did not want to take the turn out of the back like the landys just wanted to tame it a little, as for leverage with the wider platform putting your feet closer to and further out to the wheels you can put more input into the rear with less pressure this is pretty much a nemisis with angles
