just with a corded drill and a sanding disc attachment, worked out pretty well, was pretty impressed with my self

2x 5ply wood, glued em together, just some ply wood i found in the shed, off cuts from dads project on the caravan, guessing its some kinda of ply, let me tell u, it doesn't flex what so ever, the concave goes thru 3 layers of ply, almost 4
