For an Event To Qualify for ASRA slalom points:
Announce the Event by posting the details of it in the ASRA in events page at least 30 days prior to the event. (Then link facebook events to that post)
Run the race.
There must be a minimum of 12 racers for slalom skateboard races (16 for Downhill and 8 for luge races).
Post the full results on the Event announcement page within one week of the end of the race, along with a report of the race and some photos (Podium pics are good).
The results must include people's full names (no nicknames!) and their placing.
See also ASRA DOWNHILL Rankings Criteria
Qualifying Slalom races must comply with Slalom rules set out here:

ISSA Slalom Rules (2020) Updated
Note Categories are listed in the rankings spreadsheet.
To encourage activity, without undermining Premium events, a new category has been added for those events with less than 12 people, and no interstate entrants.
So if the event has less than 12 but more than 8, you will earn the minimum points for category 7, however, if you have interstate entrants, who have traveled with the expectation of an event with more than 12, then category 6 will be applied to the event.

King of the Ditch has been added. Robbo drops out of the top 3...
MOSS Ditch 2011 is one year old and drops out today. Robbo moves into the top 3.
MOSS Jam 2011 is one year old and drops out of the rankings today...
Sorry for the delay, but I've finally added two races:
Have I missed any others?
also springvale ditch race..
can the slalom results from Fawkner Park be added?
The Space Race results have now been added.
Congrats to BMB Ross 2011 Slalom Champ!
I've made a small, but significant change to the way these rankings work - they now include only your best six results. At the moment this affects only one person, Marek, who slips from 2nd to 3rd, but it will affect a few more after the Space Race, and potentially a lot more as the number of races accumulate.
Ainslie Ditch results have now been added.
There's only one more race left this year - the Space Race. I think BMB Ross might have 2011 in the bag.
yeha,BMB represent......hope this rain on the coast missed the capital for the ditch race
Woo Hoo Enjoying my last week at number 1 (unless Ross gets run over by a bus).
Marek just told me I'd failed to classify some races as Legal and therefore robbed him of even more points. The mistake has been rectified - Wadalba and the last MOSS race now give good points and Marek is still in 1st.
There'll be at least another three races this year, so that makes at least 10 for the year.
Re restricting the amount of events to be included; the trade-off is between encouraging events (a big number) and making the system fairer (a small number). I'm open to suggestions on what the number should be. My current preference is 6, because that's how many I'll have by the end of the year :)
wow i didnt realise how many slalom races have actually happened this year! with the final tally for points, how many scores will be counted? or is it your total score including all races you attend?
Why yes, Jacko, there is. The MOSSers are dominating, save for the top two.
is there a ranking list for the 2011 races?
