I did the exact same thing to my little finger once while playing soccer (I was a keeper). A team-mate took one look at it and yanked it back into place. Instant relief.
There's a ligament that directly connects the two bones, and that ligament is very short and can't stretch far and it snapped in my case and is surely snapped in this case too. It can't be repaired. Your finger will be a little wonky for the rest of your life.

Bomb squad - I will return...

It looks pretty dirty, eh. They pumped him full of local anaesthetic then pulled it til it popped back.
See y'alls next Thurs for another bomb run.

Oh damn, gnarly x-ray dude. Did they just pull it back in?

That X-Ray is as good as gabes (Count von Count) face when saw it.
Sorry about the Opera House Vid. It is not worth it. Just concrete passing by footage.

That finger is even more unsettling when viewed as an x-ray than in real life hahaha

Johann and I both agreed that the best thing about this injury was the look on Gabe's face when he saw it.

I have to say, the staff at POW emergency looked spectacularly _unsurprised_ when we walked in holding two longboards.
Looks like it's just a dislocated finger, not broken. Great session up til then...
