Glebe is particularly good for street surfing and freeriding as well as beer, cocktails and food.

Occasionally we go for some Glebe mini-ramp action and sometimes an ice cream truck brings us summer treats- Awesome!

IWFG meets on random nights on the corner of Francis St and Glebe Point Rd near the basketball courts -  6.30pm

Hey all
Seems to still be raining. I'm out for tonight, bit too wet and cold for this lady! Might have a sneaky ride at the Seymore centre car park on the way home to get my fix. Up for a skate next week

Yeah light rain, doesn't look like it's getting any better. I'm still keen to skate tonight, maybe a car park session?

where are we meeting in clovelly by the way??

Arden North is basically suicide. Gnar plummet straight into busy roundabout. One of the steepest streets around. One street back is a decent and long slide hill. The lower end of Cloey is a sweet chilled run and the cars give you plenty of space.

Lea, I might drive down and see if I can run over a few of you - ok maybe just Alex.

Cheers Kelly. I think we're skating down Clovelly Rd not Arden. Though it's mainly just a place to meet and go for an east-side jam...come join Kelly

Both sides of Arden st are pretty hectic if you're talking about the ones going to the beach. The side coming from maroubra you can hit 80 on and the 2 sets of light and the other side is stupid steep with a round about

Thanks Dave. Yeah will have an eye out for traffic, won't be aiming for 60. Will be messing around on other streets too. The streets of Glebe are relatively quiet for urban bombs, but we wanted to stay dynamic and go on an Eastern Swaray. Hope to see you out face grinding with us soon!

Just be aware that the run from the top of the hill down to Arden St can be pretty sketchy with drivers randomly pulling out of side streets or tailgating you, if you were planning on doing it. That area is a hotspot for oblivious barbie dolls in huge four wheel drives. It's only really worth doing from Arden down. Full tuck and a good push, you might hit 60.
