Hemleys stock heaps of completes and can hopefully set one up in your price range, they also stock boards similar to the dervish like the landyatchz drop carve and the holesome street sweeper, speak to Jimmy and he will sort you out with everything you need

I can't say the exact price, but they are as cheap as hopkin and can often do completes cheaper then hop
