Iv got a Rjay missile II helmet, and was wonderin how people get around makin visors for their Fullface helmets.

I was just gonna get some perspecs, cut it to shape and heat it up and mold it to shape.

Is this the best way?Or is there a shit load easier way around it,like buyin a pre-made one and modify it to fit?

you can get clear polycarbonate plastic stuff at your local bunnings, it's pretty thin, so bends quite easily, just cut it out and gaff it on, works a treat
Search it dude. This has been spoken about at least 3 times. That's what the search bar is for.
ellery, use a thin piece of cardboard, something plyable but stiff as a template. shove it into ur helmet between the padding and the helmet.. pretty easy. then cut the polycarb to the template =] 30 mins work tops =]
