anybody heard of drugs or madrid longboards?

yea dregs i mean opps.. yea good idea.. well probably will wait for a good deal.. thanks guys!

what do u guys thing of sector 9 natasha? what kind of board is it for?

You're not really more likely to break your board as a beginner than when you're experienced. My advice is buy a good setup from the outset (going 2nd hand is good advice) and avoid buying a whole new setup all over again 6 months down the track.....

Hey dude, look on marketplace.  I have a dilligaf with trucks, bearings, bolts, speedrings and spacers.  All you need is wheels.  It is a solid board, will not break unless you run a car over it. It has a micro drop like that of the killswitch and similar concave as well.  It is a little heavier than most boards, but it is strong.  Made for fast downhill, but you can use it for freeride and carving if you set it up right.

I can possibly put in some wheels too, PM me if you are interested.

Yeah, Madrid are alright

You don't need a really good board to start with, but you probaly won't damage your board as much as a beginner

thanks alot guys. btw @evan i do look at youtube videos and damn there are alot of nice boards out there im spoilt for choice! but the price matters to me. cause i dont feel the need to spend so much on my first board as its natural to really damage your first board right?

thanks @jacob for the links. there are too many websites online selling boards haha. my budget is around 150 but its kinda low right? yea probably i will wait! no rush i guess but i cant wait to learn!

@dave @evan hmm yea probably thats true.

between the comet FSM and the sector 9 natasha.. whats the difference? i heard that the comet is more of a freestyle but natasha is more for downhill?

I got a Madrid Dream complete off the marketplace for $220 posted from Sydney to Melbourne! Wicked board!! Didn't break the bank, slight scratches on it and great trucks, wheels and bearings. Took me about 2-2 1/2 weeks to find it. Just keep looking every day on the marketplace and the right board at the right price will come up. For all of my other stuff (helmet, gloves, extra wheels etc.) i've gone through Hop and Hemleys in Melbourne.
