"Three birds" wanting feedback, and sharing the stoke
The round nosed bird is set up at the 30" WB for free ride, slide. The bamboo one set up at 29" but with red green venom on the back and double dark orange reflex on the front. (i have swapped the bushing from front to back since the photo) Its for speed. but its only 9 inches wide with a really severe W concave, so not so good for pushing, but great to lock in. I am still playing with them. It only weighs 2000 grams the others are around 2450 grams.
The other one is for Voodoo.

At about 16 seconds in you can see the shape of the bird in tuck and that is where the shape of the board and the little tip on the nose came from like the beak of a bird. They record its speed at 170 mph on that day and over 200mph later when the cameras are not there, thats over 300kph. does your head in if you think about it.
The other one is for Voodoo.

hey man thats awesome, i might be dimwitted but i was just a bit confused, are you reviewing this brand of board? (if so can you post a link to the company wesbite)
or are these boards you have just made for fun?
or are you planning to sell these commercially like glyde?
either way they look fantastic and that video was awesome.

Right now i am just making a few and trying to get better. I might sell a few when i get my act together a bit, right now its just a few for mates, nephews and people who will help me make better boards. Eventually i plan to be producing high quality bamboo decks, but Glyde make the best boards in the world, at least as good as rayne, landy, sector 9 etc and they are aussie as. Ash and Pete from what i understand champs, they support Australia's current and developing riders, i am not even in the same sentence as them but i love my boards. As far as a link to a website look at my page for photo's of other boards.

thanks man thats great, sorry if i sounded a bit abusive.
i dont know much about board making but dont sell yourself short, if the boards work they work. im sure ash and pete wouldnt mind talking about techniques and how you make the boards.
keep up the great work they look awesome.

Aj, i have two to make for other people first but when i make one that does not have an owner lined up you will see it here on asra. One of them is supposed to be for merrick but he will probably be OS before i get it done so ??????
i wish i had more hours in the day.
btw i read ages back, when you were sellin munkae's you had paris, 180 or 195?

Gunna try to get to ash's birthday skate. both boards and a handful of hardware to experiment on the hill and different setups.

mmmm sounds like the makings of a plan... i reckn i have a toss up between one of ya boards or a deelite avenger.
these are unique and look bitchin and heaps cheaper. thats a lot of pros haha.
and yeah when i sold those munkaes i was on paris 180s. now i got 195s. pretty good trucks either size...
