Sydney LDS Sessions

Time to discover the calming mediation that is pushing (or pumping) over a decent distance.
Use this thread to organise long distance social skates in and around the Sydney area.

Next weekend (20/11/10) I'm going for a casual 30km roll along the M2 / M7 cycleway if anyone wants to come along and have a go. It won't be at a racing pace, so if you thought about trying it, come along. It will only take a couple of hours. The cycleway is smooth enough to pump on for all the wigglers out there.

Weather pending, the meeting point will be here:

there is parking there and access to the cycleway. Bring plenty of water and some energy food (trail mix, sugar, power bars etc) and get your LDS on!

Keen to try dropdown now set up with some 90mm cheese for LDS so I'll try to make it if I don't have to spend the entire day ferrying small children from swimming lessons to fairy-theme birthday parties to school fetes to....etc etc etc

just skating up for 15km then turning around and come back so we will finish where we start.
