Well now it is my turn for an annoying post!
I am very interested in the technique behind these speed checks which seem to be winning people races all over the world these days. I think Bathurst is going to be interesting at forests elbow with nobody footbraking anymore.
From what I have seen the weight of the body needs to be put right foward while in the crouch then using the back foot to kick out the tail. I have tried it a couple of times but worry that if I kick to hard the board will end up squared and stop which will mean I fly off it.
Anymore handy hints where speed checking is concerned?
