You can get the pucks 70,80,90 across/diameter and 10, 15, 20 thick. Correcto?

Yes that is correct Jake.
Jasper, 90mm thick would be a bit extreme I think. One set would last you 5 years. That's if you didn't rip your arms off trying to utilise such whopping big pucks.

Aaron, yes they come with velcro, the 'hook' side as Adam said. It's industrial strength stuff so will never come off.
