Hey just wondering is the rayne drop killswitch as strong as the topmount. Is it better of getting the drop through because you have options

no!!!! its by far less strong than the topmount because of the forking!! and it de-lam very easily!!! i made the mistake of getting the dropped one and its completley fucked!! its still a very rad board though :D

I have made ply inserts for the cutouts, then plates to go on top to strengthen it.  I don't know about de-laming, but the bamboo will get fucked if you stack it all the time then ride it in the rain without sealing the wood again, as with any board.

If you don't want to worry about destroying it, or want to thrash it, don't buy it, buy a Glyde DILLIGAF from Pete, it will last forever.

Also, try the topmount and drop-thru before buying, you will probably find the topmount feels better, and can run bigger wheels, and is stronger, and feels like it has more grip ect...

Both the Killswitch and Dilligaf are rad boards, you won't regret buying either one.

its not as strong no way .........look how much and how the drop thru is put in ................just the drop thru cut out would take some strength ....but putting the them on each end is dumb as fuck i reakon ....its just taking more strength
get a top mount

um not broken but cracked.. it is not safe to ride tho so its good as broken.. i had some tape round the side to protect it i took it of one day and their was a crack at the back 2 on each side so it goes through the board
Get some fibre glass on that, reinforce it.  Just because a board needs a little care doesn't mean you can't ride it!  You'll make your boards last so much longer by just fixing them as stuff starts to break.

i made tim some plates and ply inplants

looks nice i assume it improves structural quality

By you, you mean, your dad, with aid of us.  Aid, not to be confused with AIDS
realy? could you maybe take some picks if you still have the board be apretiated

They are not very good, but here you go, it is supposed to make it a little stronger when topmounted by reducing the amount of sideway force applied to those little prongs.  also to stop it flexing any tiny bits, which will slowly cause cracks...
