i was wondering if i can use a rayne hustler for downhill or should i get something else?

You can use it for downhill, but dont get it if thats what you are getting a board for.
If you want a board for downhill get something nice and stiff with concave

stiffer boards allow you to progress faster in speed slides, cornering and radness because you arent getting bounced off
