Rayne Avenger?

After researching on the fish, and basically everywhere possible on the net, I am willing to purchase an 08 avenger. However, I wouldn't mind trying it first. Does anyone in the Brisbane - Gold Coast area have one? I know its a personal thing, but i really want to compare it with some other boards.

It's top-mount, so it's going to be higher than a Demonseed or Nemesis. The new ones are considerably shorter than the old ones, making them a bit less of an outright speedboard and a bit more carvy/maneouverable. They're very light, but still stiff.

ive got a 2008 avenger for sale, its in very good nick has tiny little scratches on it but its all good. i'll be back in oz on the 12th so if your keen to buy one by then let me know. i'll do u a good deal

1. How much?
2. Is it a stable speedboard?
3. Is it set up with anything on it?

1. dunno how much not thinking money right now im still traveling, can get back to you with that if you wanna buy it.
2. Its as stable as you want it to be, stability comes down to your skill, its the different styles of riding you get from each board that makes the difference between them.
3. It has griptape and rad stickers on it, looks pimpin. i can get you a photo later on if you want.

See if you can try one out, carve around on it then do some cornering on it and all that shit. If you like it and feel like it could be good for you then its yours at a good price.
But remember top-mounts have a very unique style of riding to get into

awesome. I will try and ride one and see how i like it. My friends and I are planning a big bretho session this weekend. so hopefully we will be able to round up someone with an avenger. This may seem a bit weird, but would you be willing to swap an original malakai for the avenger deck. The malakai comes with some reds, paris 180's, and some durians. Barely used, the trucks with some minor scratches. Doesnt really matter if there is a price difference, just want to get the board off my hands.

great. i was going to sell the malakai for 200 to a friend, and use the money to buy an avenger, but this sounds like an easier deal.

hey, do you want all of the stuff that comes with the malakai. i was thinking maybe just the deck and the trucks, and some of my cash to settle to difference. i sorta want to keep the durians for sliding, and i figured that your sponsorship with otangs gives you enough wheels anyway.
