If it UHMWPE you buying it as a rod i take it? when you slice it up i suggest going a bit thicker... I get 20mm thick pucks and when they get down to about 12mm its pretty much time to throw them out. Smaller dia and thicker is my personal preference 80x20mm. Just to try it i got some 25mm thick ones, but thats a little to big i think

that's great feedback man, that really helps. i am looking to do a range of sizes so i love the input as to what works for each rider. getting a puck to suit you just right in the hand and in the wallet is what i am aiming to do, so with more feedback like this i can do that.
