Nose Guards

Seems theres a bit of interest in these so if you want one for your board i can make one. Just need a template of the nose section (paper, wood) It is better to have the deck to get it perfect.

OK HERES HOW IT WORKS, You send me a paper template, Youll need a peice about 200 x 200. Take the front truck off your board and place paper, or perefably light carboard under the nose and past the truck holes. Trace it, Truck cutout and holes, and make sure its correct cause i will use that as the actuall template by glueing it to my Alum base plate (then i will weld the actuall guard to that) I will also need to know the thickness of your deck, most important..

It is better if i can get your deck or the actuall model deck to make it with, so for those in the Shire im in Caringbah, you can drop it off.

Non as yet but will be over the Hop shop on Sat to take more templates. Wont raise deck height on a drop through but will on a top mount but only by 2mm, just use a thinner riser.

No holes are needed in the board as you use the tuck mounting holes.

can do, but ill have to get a template of it, mabe Hop shop will have one . If your local u can drop your board to me (im in Caringbah) only need it for a hour or so, this applies to all locals.

MATE.... The nose guards I got from you for my carbonite are wicked man..

Got spat off down the industrial estate last night and it took off down the hill, nose first into the awaiting wall at the bottom. ZERO damage man.. Couldn't believe how well it worked..

HAVE TEMPLATES FOR THE FOLLOWING DECKS, FSM comet, Avanger, 9 TWO 5, Earthwing Super model, Demonseed, Glyde drop down, Sector 9 Lacey, carbonite and carbon decay, Vanguard and Comet.

I am currently organising to get them lazer cut but it may take a few weeks. At the moment they are all hand made with slotted holes and rubber between the guard and board. Can be powdercoated black if you want.
