need help
would my drop through trucks off my sector 9 fit on board like the Landyachtz 9 two 5 or the Landyachtz battle axe? im quite new to longboarding so im not too sure

i thought that some companies had different drop through cut outs so only some trucks fit?
im probably wrong but ive definitely heard that

yeah thats true some boards have only certain cut-outs for dropping the trucks through but you can still top mount the trucks. even so if the cut-out doesn't suit every type of base-plate its nothing a file and a bit of elbow grease cant fit

oh shit corey i just saw it was you that posted. bro you have sidewinders. they arent drop through. they wouldnt fit on the 9two5 or the battleaxe. you need trucks like the ones chaice and me and V have for drop through decks.

if yours were dropped they still wouldnt be great on a baord like the 9two5 or battle axe because those baords are meant for a bit more speed.

you can drop them thru. set those sidewinders up on a drop-thu deck like a 9-5 and u will a mega-turny beast... would be interesting to see how they go. it will work

Some of the sector 9 boards come flush-mount with sidewinders, which is pretty much the same as drop thru just a little bit higher off the ground

yeah im pretty sure they are drop thru, cause where the grip tape is over the deck where the trucks are, its like kinda hollow, and those arent the right trucks, mine are a bit different.

cool what board.
yeah like jacko said its called flush mount. where there is a square cut into the deck where the trucks go. tyere tye deck is normally really thin wood.
