Landyachtz slide gloves or Timeship Racing Westslide gloves?

I only have some of the timeship gloves. they are a good glove, except as they were my first set, and was learning how to use them properly, the first time I wore them I put a hole in one of the fingers. And try the hopkin blogs I think Jacko did a write up on alot of the different gloves.

they are both really a racing glove. if you want something for trick sliding, go with something with finger pucks, as you will avoid wearing through your fingers, though for a downhill glove, i prefer no finger pucks, as it allows better grip of the board. so, for something overall, a glove with removable finger pucks would be the best bet in my opinion.

Na, i'm wanting these just for DH. I've got a home made pair with finger pucks for thrashing.

they are both the same price because they are pretty much the same glove. Low profile, leather/kevlar, palm puck. Both of them are good. Neither is better than the other. Go with which one looks the funkiest to you.

I have ridden with home made gloves for the past two and a bit years and never had a problem. They are destoroyed in 6 months so you spend another 12 bucks and make another pair. I have just bought a pair of Timeshipracing gloves but only because IGSA have a bunch of rules and regulations and it is just easier to buy a pair but if you are just riding and bombing hills with mates (in my opinion) home made is the way to go. Spend your money on new wheels, bearings, pads or something that you really need.
