Hello Skaters
Don't you hate it when you're cruising down the street and suddenly feel death wobbles take over and yet you're going too slow for that and then suddenly your front wheels have a fucking mind of their own and start jutting side to side so you stop and lift up your board to inspect and upon doing so your front trucks are not attached to the board any longer and you have the this "what the shit" expression on your head when you realise that the king pin has snapped...... I do.

i was running gullwing alpines on my mini with two tall cones in stead of tall and small so it was a heaps tight fit so the kingpin nut was heaps loose then i was skatin then i fly off break my $35 skullcandy earphons and see my hangar sitting 10 metres away from my board. i found my kingpin nut and my top bushing 120 metres up the street and never found the washer. im pretty cut.

They were a set of industrials believe it or not, having said that though, they were pretty thrashed having belonged formerly to (name drop time) Jamie Thomas. He sold my Mum the board when she used to work at Bondi Surf Co years ago. He had just competed across the road at the old skate ramp (vert for those of you who wre but a sperm) I was sooooooo fuckn stoked. It was an ed templeton board with an artwork on the grip tape saying TIME TO LIVE. mAD!
