I run 50deg chargers with Venoms on my Nemmy and I actually quite like them for freeriding but for one thing, the pivot cup is mega sloppy. Even Jacko and Robbo couldn't find a cup bushing that really suited. We got one in there that worked for a bit but then slopped out. Have other people found the same with chargers and has anyone been able to remedy it?

I'm actually using the Nemmy as a balance board for rehab with bushings backed right off to get ankle strength and control back but the jank makes it quite dodgy. A fix would be good, otherwise I might replace them with Bears or Paris.

You can make your own by lathing down bushings to the right size. You don't need an actual lathe, a dremel or similar will work. I reckon just get new trucks though. It's justifiable cause it's for your rehab hahaha
I'm with James on this, just buy a new set of trucks "for your rehab". I vote sabres, if they will fit with out biting on your nemmy.

Try a short piece of car heater hose. (3/8 id or thereabouts)

I used a bit in some trackers on my bowl board, in an emergency when i could not get a pivot cup.

Still working fine after 4 years.

Sabres bro, they work miracles.

Hmmmm.....I like the way "Snrub" thinks.....

Sabres do look like a good upgrade from Chargers. I'll just add it to the rehab bill. I think MYO pivot bushings are unlikely to end well if I have anything to do with them.

i had the same problem..i just chucked some hot glue under the pivot cup so it sits higher and more snug into the hanger
