Gear/Gloves
Hey, im looking to buy some sliding gloves and other protective gear, but mainly gloves. So if anyone can help me out with second hand gear that i can pick up cheaply let me know.

Make your own gloves. It will cost a total of about $12 and they will last atleast 6 months.
You will need some gloves (obviousley) most people use normal leather gardening gloves although I bought some snap on tool gloves which are FANTASTIC!! Some chopping board from your local supermarket and some velco. Cut the board into desired size, velcro to your gloves palm and go skate.

hey, those in melbourne...im meeting up with the guy (hopefully he shows) at flinders tonight at around 9.30 so if you wanna grab a pair just give me a text 0431156163..my phone is acting up so voice calls are kinda impossible at the moment.
also gabriel, if you're keen i can grab you 3 pairs tonight and post it to you. you know what, i'll just grab a bunch and whoevers keen i'll pass them to you. not sure what sizes he has though.
btw: if you're doing some hardcore sliding apparently they'll tear i guess thats another reason why its so cheap. but so far, none of my friends have had any troubles with it.

hey ching, im keen on a pair but my parents don't let me out late since im still only 14. was wondering if we could meet at flinders sometime during the week at around 4pm? sorry if the time is inconvenient, its handy for me because i have school and stuff up to 3.30. preferably on a tuesday/wednesday or a thursday. if not, then i can pay for postage to my place.
