hey guys, how do you go about the wearing down of your shoe from foot braking???

it costs quiet a bit to buy new shoes...

any ideas on how to fix this problem??

I found the roger bros rubber to wear unevenly in strange patches, maybe from walking around in the shoes moreso than footbraking. normal clark rubber stuff wears SUPER quickly. the hopshop has been the better stuff or go for a skate along a highway. there are chucks of rubber from retreads that have exploded. some of them in chucks similar size to your shoe, no need to strip it off a tire!
haha! picking up pieces of exploded retread, love it!
Yeah! I just grabbed a new tyre retread off the highway after coming back from Gympie.
Haven't cut it yet though because it's like an inch thick!
What would you guys recommend? Angle grinder did someone say?
