on sunday my "crew" had our first session, this didnt turn out so well, while teaching one of them to get into a descent tuck, he nailed it going about 40 when he tried to move his feet to turn, this made him fly off his deck and send his brand new demonseed straight into the kurb, the top of the board is cracked but we got some tape and araldyte and made a hard mould around the crack, anyway, after this ordeal i was taking them to another sik hill when my other mate decides he wants to carve in this carpark on the side of the road, he goes in and then realises that he cant come back out, he then bails over a 40cm ledge at the end and snapps his wrist, i come over and hes groaning, "are you alright man, "uhhh, is my board alright." was the first thing he said cos he has a new hellcat, he ended up with a completely shattered wright wrist after we took him to the hospital, it was pretty gross, like almost coming out of the skin and you could see the bone poking up. so what did we achieve with our first sess, a broken board and a broken arm, all in a days work..................
