consider the 9two5 if your looking at the dropspeed, was originally going to be a new and improved drop seed when they decided it was different enough that they should keep both :)

oh for a look check out mike mcgoldrick city freeriding on youtube. the dropspeed that is.
9two5 here. Love it, great board. 8-)
The "gas pedals" are a good idea, but they are the first bits to wear out after you've stacked up a few times...
the 9two5 fits all standard trucks, not just bears. the drop speed was the one i thought had mounting problems :S
yeah I've read that sooo many times. I don't know where this sh*t started :-/
If you look up on Silverfish it seems to me that people have been mounting a good variety of trucks on that deck without problems... btw I have the Bears 852 they look very good on the board and feel sweet under my feet :-)

thanks i was looking at the 9 two 5 but ive got paris and apparently it only fits bears dont have the money to buy new trucks aswel. what is the concave like on the drop speed
the drop speed good but they aren't the most durable boards
9two5
Looove rocker.
i have a dropspeed, they are probably the most under-rated landyachtz board out. i prefer it over a 9two5 for freeride and for downhill it works a treat. only problem with it is that the nose and tail are super easy to damage, both my ends chipped badly so i had to saw them off, the baseplate is still on properly which is good.
geoffrey have you tried a 9two5? or just an educated gues?
yeah one of the guys i skate with a fair bit has one and i still prefer my drop speed over it, its just my opinion. the 9two5 is really a good board and would probably be my second preferance to the drop speed anyway.
spend the extra cash and get bear 840s they are awesome. :)
no man the dropspeed has one of my favourite concaves its like a w but its not sticking into your foot it really good
no my mates drop speed crashed ito a curb like a week after he bought it and it was the first time it crashed into a curb and it wasnt going fast and he knocked a square out of it like 3 cm cubed
