Found this to be a good method for adding concave to those boards that are lacking, thought I might share..
First up your gunna need;
-a board
-a hot glue gun
-builders bog (see below).
-knife
-griptape
-sandpaper (or excess grip)
This is the stick I'll be demo-ing, one of my favourite decks, but its lacking a little in the back, if you know what I mean, so some gnar w cave is in order

1) cut off the grip where the cave needs to be applied, sand the area (only needs to rough up the surface) then mark where you want to place the peaks of your cave.

2) Use the hot glue gun to create 'strips' of solid glue. these should be the same height as your caves 'peaks', and provide a base upon which the builders bog can be applied.

3) once this is set (only takes a few seconds) begin to batch up you builders bog, as per the instructions on the packet. The one I used is a two part mix, though some are place and set. Use a plastic spatular, or similar, to scrape the bog up against the glue. The bog is easy to work with once set so don't worry about making it neat.

4) Once set, the bog sands like a dream, so carve away until you are happy with the results.

5)Grip it and your set. The bog holds onto the board incredibly well, so don't be afraid to dig your heels in. The glue strips also prevent the bog from moving around if it does crack (you'll only notice it if you try to re-grip)

hope this helps
