The general problem is talking about roads that are illegal.
Skating in ditches isn't illegal, or at least it isn't enforced

This is a ditch in brisbane, a pretty well known one.
I don't know of any around the sunnie coast sorry mate, but if your willing to make the trip I would be up for a ditch skate after newtons
