ditches in perth? WHERE?!

i know all the decent carparks and hills, but i hell wanna get into banks and ditchess but i dont have a clue where any of them are, or if even perth has decent ones...
theres this one up my road, in nedlands/claremont, near iga which is mass ghetto; behind the shop it dips down like 2m with banks where all the vents and aircon #### is. i've tried there a few times, but you have absolutely no run up, the cement tiles are popping out everywhere which makes it mass sketchy, and your ride on the banks lasts a second because of it.
so yeah, i would love to find some new ones.
