hey guys is this ok? And is the Indy 215 trucks a C7, CX or C2 truck set?

Thats a rubber riser and will do nothing for your problem, why don't you just follow peoples advice and get a steel or aluminum back-plate. What you need to do is clamp that wood between your truck and a backplate and spread the load around the entire cutout
