anyone running a set with 50 degree baseplates, wot are they like, strong reliable, turny stiff... ?

they will be used on a my 'NEW'  Fp freeride, possibly topmounted, not sure yet, but its yahoooo..

those are the standard grizzlies sweet beet, looks like these are new precision grizzlies that landyachtz has just released

I don't think you are right James.  I believe that on a 40 degree base plate, you will get 40 degrees un-flipped, and flipped you will get 35 degrees.

I too thought the same as you, but got corrected in the following thread:

nah, whole lot is precision, hanger and baseplate :)
