The wheels can be anything actually, but i'm looking for bright colours with no flat spots or major coning!
oh, also if anyone has any cheap slalom trucks or randal 125s then yeha i'll buy them also (possibly)

Dude, you could do a lot worse than buying the Jay Adams board for $120 that gives you near new trucks, your "bright" coloured wheels and a spare board!!!
though that depends on if you're looking for trucks and wheels for less than $120

point taken, but does anyone have any 'on their last legs' wheels, coned (but still ridable) wheels that could be sold for say $25
or a set of entry level abused slalom trucks (no bushings required) that could be sold as a set for $40?
If it's a no go. then don't worry. but i'm looking for cheap gear just to really make a home made deck safely ridable.

good luck there mate. the only person in Australia that would even consider selling a set of wheels for that sort of price is Jacko, due to all the equipment he's gathered over the years.
but then again, you gotta be in it to win it. so who knows, you might be lucky.
