Skate Event race in conjunction with the Upwey Billy Cart Races.

250mtr course with bales, coffee & cake shops, and wildly cheering crowd!

Longboard GS event.

Easy to get to: Right next to Upwey Station!

will need helpers for event organisation.

Program

9:30 Set-up and practice session - (20minutes)

10:30am Registration opens

11:45 - 1st Race session - (45 minutes)

2:00pm - Finals - (20 minutes)

Comment by Aaldert VanDenBerg on February 21, 2013 at 13:30: There will be a slide demonstration, most likely between the finals when the riders are walking back up the hill and at the end. It depends how much time we have.

I just got work that Goliath and Fang will be supporting this race with some prizes, if there's a few prizes we'll give something to the best slide.
