Hot day of racing, that finished up with a secret slide session on one of Upwey's sidestreets.

Thanks Lucah and thanks everyone that came up today, it really was great! Congratulations to yourself for winning the groms division and to Arlen for following close behind, and to Lewis who finished in third.

A congratulations to Marty as well, for just beating Callam over the line and to Jake Cowan for getting third in the opens.

A massive thanks to all the the guys that helped out, especially Bernie and Bear. And to Ash and Vivi at Simply Skateboarding for hooking us up with the awesome prizes.  

See you all next week for some quick banked slalom at the King of the Ditch.

Everyone heading to Upwey tomorrow should note that the road is slippery, if you've got a slide set-up make sure to drop into Simply Skateboarding in Ringwood to grab some grippy wheels on the way.

Race format will be simple untimed head to head elimination format.

3 cone penalty will apply, ie hit 3 cones = DNF.

Minimum is open face Helmet.

Recommended, long sleeve shirt, knee pads, gloves, elbow pads.

Road is slippery in places
