Event Description

It is time for the Sultans of Steeze to unite for a casual skate session in my favourite carpark. An afternoon session where we can reacquaint ourselves with that long lost feeling of a skatey beneath our feet. It will be a casual, leisurely roll to begin with so that we do not become the Sultans of Stiffness. The carpark is a 4 level, double helix ramp structure and will give us all a chance to mix it all up. Carving, sliding, bombing and just cruising, what ever rocks your boat. We might blow the froth off a coldie afterwards. Lets meet at the HopShop at 2pm and set off at 2:15 for a stroll to the Sultans playground. We'll make it family oriented so if you want to please bring along your little nose miners. I am sure they skate as well. Helmets are mandatory, gloves would be handy. C U there.

As for the age, if you are under 35 you will need to be accompanied by a parent who skateboards. It is a skateboard hitout for us older guys who were doing what you young guys do, but back in the 70's and 80's. Meet at the Hopshop at 2pm Sunday.

I will make an allowance, however, if you are accompanied by your respective fathers, who are welcome to skate with us. You will note that this is not a Grom event.
