Event Description

we are planning to get the Mt Gravvat mountain road closed and have a race day we have permision from the council and are seeking approval from the pocile. We are planning to have it on the 2nd of july.

WE NEED SPONSORS.

we need sponsors to get this off the ground so if you can sponsor the even it would be gratly appreciated.

we have not set anything for sure yet we just want to know how many people would be interested in attending.

I'm interested though, when you say "we are planning to get the road closed" have you actually discussed with the council the plan to host a race there or just close the road? A race is a lot of work, so I hear, do you have anybody to help out or any experience
