I sent John Osmond a nice letter and told him I would bring him something nice over from Australia. Yea thats Yankee time. They are 16 hrs before our time which means you need to be at your computer about 1 o'clock

Yea that'd be awesome Leeso, where is everyone flying into? I land in Seattle on the 24th of August and wanna spend some time in Vancouver before hand I think.

Open Registration for the 2009 Maryhill Festival of Speed begins tomorrow, July 1st at 8:00am PDT (Pacific Daylight Time).

Priority registration is now closed. If you were on the priority list and didn't register, you will now need to take your chances on Open Registration if you want to compete. Last years event sold out in only seven hours and this year demand is expected to be equal if not greater. For all the details visit the official event website.

Don't forget Priority Registration begins on Sunday June 21st at 8:00 am PDT for the 2009 Maryhill Festival of Speed. Priority Registration is for racers that competed in 2008 IGSA sanctioned events and were ranked near the top of their respective class. It’s also for top finishers from the 2008 Maryhill Festival of Speed. Go to the Maryhill Festival of Speed website http://www.maryhillfestivalofspeed.com to view the Priority Registration list.

If you are on the Priority Registration list and you do not register before the closing date you will lose your priority status, but may register during Open Registration. Priority registration closes on Sunday, June 28th, 2009 at 8:00 am PDT. Being on the Priority List does not guarantee you a spot in the event, just a reserved spot for Priority Registration. Full Payment is due at time of registration.

Last Chance Race" added to Maryhill 09'

"

The 2009 Maryhill Festival of Speed will feature more opportunities for Downhill Skateboarders to race than ever before. A new “Last Chance Race” will be held on Saturday afternoon to give 48 competitors a last chance to get into the “Open Final” field of 96 starters. The race will give those who were unable to make it into the “Open Final” on qualifying time a last chance. It will also give slower competitors the opportunity to gain valuable racing experience on the famed Maryhill track.
