Event Description

A Rad day of training for the groms. Or even the groms at heart.
Hone your footbreaking, sliding and style skills.
The better you are at stopping and sliding the more confidence you will have.
Benbro, Jacko, and others will be there to impart their wisdom.
And great wisdom it is!
No Helmet - No Skate
No Sliding Gloves - No Skate
Knee pads also. Even Elbow pads if you have them. If not ask Santa.
There might also be free stuff if you are lucky.
Bring your own water, lots of it, and lunch.
If under 16 parents permission required.
Call me on 0417 477 187. Cheers BJ.
I am limiting it to 15 GROMS to RSVP here.

I have approx 5 local groms that don't belong to this site coming also to make it 20 total plus the skaters that will be teaching you all.

Let us know if you need a lift from Cardiff station.

Phil, you said you would help with the BBG, I am trying to think of what we could do for lunch. Because it is behind some gates, it wouldn't be easy to take in a BBQ or large esky. Maybe we could get pizza delivered? Or set up a BBQ on the outside of the gates? What's your thoughts? I would like to organise lunch and drinks for the helpers for coming along and giving their time. Including you.

You are all welcome back to my place afterwoods for a beer if you like. Helpers that is! Let me know if you can make it.

The place I have in mind has 1 fast hill and 1 slower hill. Both approx 100m long. So only short. Easy stopping at bottom on flat road. Great for training.

At the end of Munibung Rd.

The day is for you groms to hone your stopping, sliding and bombing skills with help from some gr8 sk8rs. I'm not one! I'm just organising.

Great to see you all coming:)
