okay, what's the consensus, the forecast is 90% chance of 10-20 mm rain...that isn't a passing shower. do you guys still want to go ahead on sunday or postpone it?
we'll probably head to sydney to see hugh and melissa off on sunday anyway, so maybe have a carpark race instead??? what do you guy's reckon. no point having a race if no-one turns up, so what are your thoughts?
we're easy either way.

so its official we have prizes to give away with our cash prizes and maybe even some padding for the gate on the corner.

oops, those last 2 posts were from me, anyways, COME RACE! and if you arent going to come race then COME RIDE IN KANGAROO VALLEY AND WATCH THE RACE! its going to be an awesome day of riding whatever happens, i forgot to mention we will have at least matresses protecting the fragile gate you could hurt on the corner (we dont want to be hurting no gates now!) and henry might be able to hook up some actual haybayles the day of.

the point of racing on this course is the chill nature of the bomb into an actual hairpin corner, this is the gnar no-noobs suggested bit. whoever figures out this corner the best will win. its a left for me (toeside cause im goofy) and this means i will SUCK at it (im good at railing lefts but not sliding technically into them) i dont think my short short magic will help me on this course, its a regular stance natural corner for sure.

ok here is the deal, it is a mild bomb with one decent right sweeper that gets you up to about 60 km/h, then you are faced with a 120 degree left hand corner you either will have to slide into for about 10 feet or footbreak into for about 15-17 feet, then there is a STEEP straight with a speed bump at the bottom (nothing you cant ride over/wont throw you) that we will use as the finish line, then a nice flat runout for a long ways (enough to slow to a stop)
