Event Description

Date: Saturday the 14th of December
Registration: Starts is between 9:30am and 9:45am and will be $15 to cover the price of the bus.
Racing time: Racing will start at 10:00am sharp.
Safety: No helmet= No racing, No gloves= No racing

Racing format will be as follows:
- Individuals,no teams.
- Eight Individuals in heats.
- There will be five divsions Groms(16 and under),Opens(17 and older), Girls(No age Limit), Masters(35 and over).

Schedule will be as follows:
9:30am- Registration Commences.
9:45am- Registration closes and short riders meeting.
10:00am- Racing Begins
10:00am- First round of round robins
11:00am- Second round of round robins
12:00pm- Third round of round robins
1:00pm- Lunch
1:30pm- End of lunch, Elimination round 1
2:30pm- Elimination round 2
3:15pm- Semifinals
3:45pm- Grand Final races
4:15pm- Prizes ceremony
4:30pm- Everyone leaves day over

Everyone will get atleast 4 races ( three round robins and one elimination)
All riders race at their own responsibility I am not responsible for any injuries sustained or any damage of gear.

Comment by Zane Bonser on December 10, 2013 at 18:57: I'm coming up from northern nsw and would like to know if there is anything else I need to do other than just show up and register on the day. Is the $15 to cover the bus from the bottom of the hill to the start line or is it some form of transport to the event? Thanks heaps.
